"Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and helpful, and it was nice that they left us some snacks and a welcome. The hotel was very cute and clean. The rooms are small, but the queen room was totally functional and roomy enough for two people. Would have been nice to have a small mini fridge. The complementary breakfast was a great bonus, and location was perfect. Could hear music until 10 pm when the wine bar is open, but after that it was perfectly quiet - couldn’t hear any street noise....

"I just stayed at Crosby Street Hotel for 6 nights and it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in and match the Firmdale's excellent service. These people know how to run a hotel.
