We have just had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Other House. It is an exceptional hotel. It is beautifully furnished, the staff are very friendly and helpful, as well as efficient. The suite we had was excellent, we could not fault the room at all. The use of the spa was an excellent addition. The breakfast was exceptionally good. The whole thing was an absolute treat, so decadent throughout. A special weekend and we will definitely be back.

Very nice hotel in an upscale neighborhood. Close to the Tube. It felt very safe. A little far from the Tower area, but about 15 min. Tube ride to most other attractions.

The property was exceptional especially the decor and interiors, however it was a bit dark in the room with not enough lights. The following were small irritants - TV sound was poor, no phone in the room to call reception, no tissues in the room, no instructions on how to operate the microwave/oven. However, we would definitely would stay again as the kitchenette was very good. We tried to extend the stay another week however it was full.

It’s a lovely property with a fun quirky decor. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. One drawback was the room was just too warm for me. The windows did not open and air conditioning was limited. It was difficult to get a full nights sleep when overheating.

My SO and I came to a one week vacation in London and needed a place that is nice, in close proximity to everything especially to the under ground network of transportation, and we both wanted a place that has a gym so we can still work out while we were on vacation. we couldn't have been more lucky. the place feels and looks upscale, the staff are nice and accommodating, the hotel is very safe and the area is surrounded with very upscale restaurants and everything in London is within reach either by walking or using the underground metro. our check in and check out was very easy and pleasant and we enjoyed our time there. we would stay here again.
