"Wonderful. 10 of us from our company stayed here for a convention at the Javitz and it is super convenient to walk to/from each day. Most of the front desk staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly Amanda and Terrence. This place is special. It’s not to be confused with a sterile national chain. "The front desk people are amazing. We had made a few requests and the lady that was working had accommodated these requests. One gentleman had given us good recommendations for breakfast in the area. The rooms are small, but intelligently designed. For example, there is space under the bed for the luggage. There are many extras, such as delicious pineapple cookies (that the front desk lady gave us outside of the hours they put them out), coffee in the morning, refillable water bottle, etc....

"My 11 year old and I took the train from DC for a Broadway matinee on a Sunday. Dropped our bags which the staff moved to our room when it became available. We booked a room w 2 queens and got upgraded to a 2BR 2BA w a patio. Cute little kitchenette w coffee and bottled water. Very clean and quiet. I recommend to others coming to midtown! "

"Thought it was in a great location walkable distance to pretty much everything midtown. Staff were friendly. Room was clean except the comforter which has blood stains and the towel that was given was full of hair. Got a new towel without any issues. It was a place to stay if youre looking for a 3 or 4 star this isnt it. If youre here to be within walkable distance to pretty much everything (we walked to chinatown 1 hour) then this is a good spot. We walked back from Madison Square Garden...
