"One thing I didn’t love was that it smelled AWFUL until about 11:30 everyday. But it was a great trip! The buffet was great, italian was great. Zarape (Mexican) and Brasas (grill) were both awful. The bars were so fun, and the little beach bar was adorable. The beach at night wasn’t super secure but during the day the security did a good job for the most part from deflecting tourists scams. I didn’t love that everywhere I went it seemed like they were trying to get me to buy an extra package, and the spa people harassed me pretty aggressively, but again. I survived. Overall, I would totally stay again! "

"The property was great , excellent service , variety of food . The buffet was great . Our room was to the side of 5 Ave two blocks away and you can hear the noise at night . Overall everything was great , we will come back again j"

"Service at the resort was impressive. A few of the workers stood out, such as the buffet hostess who remembered our names and always smiled, Anita in the lobby, and the woman in the Asian restaurant who delivered our drinks. These women were hard workers. I was very pleased that we were assigned a room close to the elevator as requested. I wish your pool/beach loungers were more comfortable and that there were more chairs (not just loungers) around the pools. "

"The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the main street, surrounded by restaurants and bars, making it easy to walk to various attractions. The rooms are spacious, nice, and clean. However, the beach is quite a distance from the hotel. It's not a straight walk; you need to go a few blocks to the right from the hotel and then a couple of blocks down. Essentially, the beach bungalows are separate from this hotel. If you’re specifically looking for a beach vacation, this hotel might not be the best choice for you, as the beach in this area isn't very appealing. On a positive note, the rooftop pool is quite impressive."
