"Let's get this straight. It's not a luxury hotel but an older hotel with adequate facilities. AC is cold and water was hot and the food was more then good and plentiful. What makes this hotel so special is the people who work there who go above and beyond to make your trip unique to you. There are plenty of divers and non divers alike so there is something for everyone. Have been there more than a few times over the last several years. Will return."

"Heydey, Aaron, and the rest of the entertainment team were awesome. Heydey is one of our favorites! It was my son's 16th birthday and they made him feel special. This was our 5th time here and there have been many changes. One of my favorite things was eating breakfast at what is now Dreams, it was a bummer we could not eat there. This rule should be altered. Gotta give a shoutout to Rigo as well, he's one of our favorites, and a great bartender! Til next time, Hola!"

"Absolutely wonderful resort with enthusiastic and engaged staff, especially managers constantly walking around making sure stuff was cleaned and the area around provieded wondeful amenities like the snorkeling and variety of dining options on the ocean side especially the seafood dining that you could sit down at or they would bring you to wherever you were sitting, and on top of it, it was delicious, if they said they caught the food that morning i wouldnt be surprised, and every night the staff would take down and replace most of the cabanas every morning, A/C worked wonderfully in the rooms so much good stuff to say about the resort "

"Beach and beach service was excellent, Diego and all beach staff were exceptional! Gerardo was our concierge and he was outstanding. He interceded by way of special services at the restaurant and the theater to watch a football game. "
