Reception gent was very friendly on arrival but lady on leaving didnt say a word or ask how our stay was which was poor service. Location is ideal for a more scenic quiet stay. 7 mins on train into the centre and 5 mins via car to beautful portabello beach. Roughly a 30 min tram ride and walk to the hotel from tram station was about 5 mins. It’s a bit out in the middle of nowhere yet there was a shopping park nearby to include a grocery store.
