"Staying right on Princes Street was so convenient - with all the central attractions and easy bus rides out to other locations. Getting there was also easy - just down the street from Waverly station. The pubs nearby offered good dinner fare. Overall an A+ for convenience. "

"We stayed in the Palmerston room, it was lovely and a very good size but it is up two fairly steep flights of stairs. Found it good that we could replenish coffee pods etc ourselves and you could get ice and an ice bucket. Close to the west end tram stop so very good when getting out and about."

"Enjoyed our stay, the hotel was lovely, our queen room was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay and hotel staff friendly and polite. We had breakfast included in our room but unfortunately we didn’t make it (overslept in the comfy bed). Only slight downside was the heat in the room, far too warm. The room was like an oven when we first arrived so turned the heating off for the rest of the stay and opened the window, but it didn’t cool down. Also the bar was closed when we returned...
