"Stayed for 1 night chose the hotel for the location and car park which were both good. It is around a 10/15 minute walk to the centre of Newcastle but that is uphill. Check in/out was easy staff were polite friendly. Room was clean a good size. Would stay here again. "

Unfortunately, I was given a room next to the lifts and had to put up with noise from the lift doors opening/closing throughout the evening and people talking whilst waiting for the lift. My towels appear to have been replaced by the room cleaner despite being left as requested in locations so they wouldnt be replaced! A short walk to the train station and a bit further into the main shopping centre. The staff, especially in the meeting suite were helpful and...
