"Overall a great stay, breakfast was poor on the cooked breakfast side. Standard breakfast for 3 stars. Lunch was overpriced but again its edinburgh! Reception gent was very friendly on arrival but lady on leaving didnt say a word or ask how our stay was which was poor service. Location is ideal for a more scenic quiet stay. 7 mins on train into the centre and 5 mins via car to beautful portabello beach.
