"This was a great place to stay for our family trip to Edinburgh. The tram station is right outside and only 20 mins ins. We drove and parking was straight forward albeit chargeable at £8 per day. The pool was a real added bonus for our kids after a long day of tourism. Only slight issue for me is our kids are getting older and Novotels concept of a "family" room is starting to look less desirable than the Premier Inns as the sofa bed is tight. "I arrived late from the airport and was greeted by friendly reception staff and even had someone help deliver my suitcase to my room. The room was a good size, very comfortable and had higher end additions such as fresh milk in the fridge and lovely bathroom products. The spa was great. So nice to start the next morning with a swim followed by a tasty breakfast. There was a great menu to choose from. Loved my stay and wish it could have been longer! "
