"As good as big, impersonal, city centre chain hotels normally are. The building is pretty dated on the outside, but fine on the inside. Staff are friendly, it's very convenient for the city (by bus) and parking wasn't an issue. "

The spa is amazing (although the staff on the desk could smile a bit more). The outdoor/indoor thermal pool is sensational"
