"Good staff, if approached with a problem they did there best to fix it. However the hospitality team that delt woth the rooms (fresh towels, toilet roll etc.) Where very slow, last time we requested fresh towels in the morning to get a shower we didnt get them till a few hours later. The food was expensive, however very tasty and worth the price. Overall though they were good and would stay here agian."

"Amazing hotel that’s just a short walk away from dean village and a 15 min walk away from everything else. Breakfast was good and room was clean. Only downside was that the room smelt of damp for the first few days we stayed in it. "
