"Perfectly located close to the centre of town and a short walk from the tram connecting the city to the airport. The hotel has a very nice old world feel, and the staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean, and the breakfast menu covered all tastes. We will definitely have the B B on our list the next time we return to Edinburgh."

"In my opinion, there were two drawbacks to this property. First, there is no one on the property to answer questions or offer advice. Not even a phone number. They don't offer breakfast and we did not see any place in the area to get breakfast. And there was no one who could advise us which direction to go to get food. Second, our room was on the top floor (three levels up) and there is no elevator. We are in our late 70s and dragging luggage for 30 days. Not their problem, but it would...
