"Didn’t stay at hay market hub as it has now closed but must say was transferred to old Waverley hotel and had an excellent time rooms clean and nice staff friendly and pleasant would definitely stay here again "

"Walking distance from the Haymarket station. A few minutes of walk will take you to lots of dining options, Edinburgh castle and Waverly station. Breakfast was excellent, rooms were clean and spacious. Check-in and out was fast and easy. And finally, the hotel fare was very reasonable. We brought our own beer; they even gave us beer glasses, lemons and ice free of charge upon request which I quite pleasing. Improvement needed: The beds were not very comfortable. "I highly recommend this property especially for extended stays in Edinburgh. Great location close to all the sites, the tram line, Haymarket and Waverley Stations but a little bit off the main road if you want some quiet. Great neighborhood with lots dining choices. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. I will return "
