"Great hotel at a great location. Public transportation is literally in front of the hotel. Most attractions such as Londan eye, Shrek for kids, river tours , etc etc etc just around the hotel. The rooms are very clean. The stuff is so polite and helpful with everything. To be honest with you , they don’t have the word “no” or verb “can’t “ in their dictionary, I guess. "If you are visiting Scotland you need to stay at this hotel. It was very walkable to all the excursion around the city such as the Edinburgh castle and the royal palace. It was a fast check in and every staff member was very nice and professional. When you leave the hotel and arrive back there is always someone there to open the door and ask about your day. The room was very spacious and had great room service. I will be returning! "
