"Feiendly staff especially at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Room had been refurbished since our last visit but rest of hotel is showing it's age. Focus needed on tidiness of outside areas. There was an empty beer can on the grass that remained there for the 4 days (3 nights) of our stay."

Lets Light in during the night, Shower head Broken, Cannot alter it, as drops to bottom, Sink plug was missing off sink was hung on pipe under Toilet, No Lock on Inside of Bathroom door. some people need privacy, The Deco / Beautiful Bathroom, yet a Pine mirror put on wall? "Lovely B&B ideal location from the train station and great view! Hosts are friendly and ideal for my one night stay. Shame I missed out on the breakfast due to an early start! Sea beats restaurant a few doors down was delicious and also very welcoming."

"If you’re on a budget and still want to be well located for a Brighton getaway this hotel is perfect. As you walk in the reception desk is on your left and a very cozy bar is straight ahead. Very nice and professional staff. I got a sea view double and the staff put me in 419 which is apparently the nicest sea view room. It’s a nice but basic double room with a flatscreen tv, coffee / tea area, wardrobe, desk etc. the floors are a bit uneven but that seems to be the theme in this old hotel....
