"Great hotel at a great location. Public transportation is literally in front of the hotel. Most attractions such as Londan eye, Shrek for kids, river tours , etc etc etc just around the hotel. The rooms are very clean. The stuff is so polite and helpful with everything. To be honest with you , they don’t have the word “no” or verb “can’t “ in their dictionary, I guess. Breakfast is incredibly fulfilling and delicious. Recommend to get the breakfast deal. With 2 little kids, we had everything...

"The hotel itself was exactly what you would expect for a Hilton brand hotel next to a major airport. Hotel was busy with people coming and going all the time as you would expect. But as a regular traveller for work, what stood out was the staff. This was a personal trip with my family so had 2 excited and tired children with us. "Great value for money. Great breakfast and dining options. Cooling / heating system wasn’t working in my room but heater provided. Very good transport options. Didn’t use option for day rate but really like that it’s available. Staff friendly and helpful. "
