"Reasonable place in Anglesey area. Good things - Good property and helpful staff all around. Food was nice. Needs improvement - No drinking water bottle in the room and had to be reminded. Kettle was dirty with scaling and had to get replaced. The replacement kettle was fine."

"I had booked double room on suite in the chateau. When I arrived I was given a room in the lodge & the bathroom was down the hall just for us . No where when I booked with hotels .com did it mention this . The chateau said it did but I checked my info & it didn’t . I was disappointed, as I paid to stay in the chateau ! The parking was limited near front entrance & was only told when we checked in that parking was available near the lodge . It would have been helpful if an email had been sent...

"Had a lovely 1 night stay at this historic hotel. The interiors are dated but that is part of the charm. The staff were so helpful and friendly, we had an upgrade on our room because hotels.com had overbooked and the staff were very good about it. The room and bed were comfortable, but the kettle was a bit rubbish and not convenient to use (it was connected to the plug which was behind the television) The breakfast was pretty average, not the best but you had enough options. Overall we enjoyed...

"Lovely stay in their small double room. More than adequate for or stay. The only negative was the very tight parking spaces at the back. We got parked but it was very tight. "
