"Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms, with very comfortable beds. Very clean, my only flaw was the male bar manager on the Saturday afternoon after having some afternoon tea we thought we will have a drink in the bar. When we enquired about a table he was very abrupt, said we can’t accommodate, wasn’t what he said more the tone and unlikely the lovely lady from the night before made no attempt to help. "I treated my husband to a night at the Chester Grosvenor for his birthday, and what a special night it was. "Perfect hotel for a city break. Very nice breakfast, good traditional vibes and lovely staff. The property has everything you need for a few nights including access to spa and pool. Great location, walkable and very well connected through public transports"

"We booked a room there with our 2 children to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had the nice surprise of being upgraded to the Royal Suite which was absolutely fantastic. The staff at reception was extremely nice and helpful, and gave us access to the lounge while our room was getting ready. Breakfast was amalzing too. All in all, a stay that we will remember for a very long time! "

"Great hotel at a great location. Public transportation is literally in front of the hotel. Most attractions such as Londan eye, Shrek for kids, river tours , etc etc etc just around the hotel. The rooms are very clean. The stuff is so polite and helpful with everything. To be honest with you , they don’t have the word “no” or verb “can’t “ in their dictionary, I guess. Breakfast is incredibly fulfilling and delicious. Recommend to get the breakfast deal. With 2 little kids, we had everything that we needed at the hotel and in the room. "
