"Hotel is centrally located and a short walk from city centre attractions. Very good value for money. The hotel is in ok condition - bar very good. Rooms and some hallways are a bit tired and bed not overly comfortable but acceptable. Would stay again."

"Very convenient location to the NEC. Hotel and rooms had all you needed for a overnight stay, comfy bed, decent size room/bathroom/clean. Was able to park earlier than check in time for a small charge, rest of the stay had free parking. Staff were brilliant couldn't do enough. Thank you would definitely stay/recommend "

"Arrived early and was allowed to check in, hotel is in refurb, so only one lift active and room was on 9th floor, room was cery nice and bathrrom clean and good, but room was very hot and air con was broken, reported this and hoped it would get fixed while i was out. Returned later and room was even warmer, reported back to reception and they changed our room for us, good customer service, but lift was a pain as had to go up, get bags, return, get new key, use lift again just to drop off.
