Only draw back is the open air theatre that plays very loud music until 10:30pm. If you have interior room (even an ocean front suite), do not expect to go to bed early. Our favorite thing was the service! Countless kind and helpful employees! Some of the best service we’ve had in years. "

"Property has lots of stairs. Glass doors that were an entrance to buffet and bathrooms near upstairs restaurant had no markings on them. Saw a couple people run smack into them. Need to put writing or design on them. Quite dangerous. Language barrier was pretty bad most of the time. Most resorts in Nuevo Vallarta has most employees you can communicate with. Needed reservations at most restaurants, weren’t even open every day. Had to go to lobby early in mornings and wait for at least an hour,...

"We enjoyed staying here very much. It was nice because it was a mostly Mexican clientele, and we weren't surrounded by other gringo's like ourselves. Haha. That's kind of the point of visiting another country. The only complaints we had were that despite having a beautiful private beach, the house music was way too loud. If you like the music, take a seat near the speaker. There was no option to find a seat away from the noise and enjoy a book with the sound of waves and human conversation....

"A pleasant stay. The only complaint is the volume level of the music at the pool. Since there is only one pool it is a shame that one is forced to listen to music at quite high volume for most of the day. I had no issue with the music during events (such as aerobics) but the rest of the time it would have been nice to be able to relax with one's personal choice of headphone music or quiet."
