It is very annoying that the constant music is unbearably loud. The loud echo in the main dining hall prevents conversation. The P A system is very loud and you cannot decipher what is being said. Please management, realize that your clients are not teenagers, and do not want constant blaring music. You are ruining a very nice...

"Food was better them most resorts was not happy that we were told we could only book 1 night at a restaurant for 3 nights of stay. So either we eat at the buffet or uber out to a near by restaurant "

"We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staff in all areas were exceptional. Jesus and Daniel were very attentive and helpful poolside. Raull and all the the bellmen did a great job when a taxi was needed. We ate at most of the restaurants at both resorts and found the food and service went above and beyond. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The spa offered a variety of services My massage was amazing. We would definetly consider returning to La Estancia for another vacation."
