"The location and the property are beautiful. The beach is cold so we stayed at the pool most of the time. Pool is cleaned and beautiful. The service staff is hit or miss, or maybe because we are the only Asians at that time. This property is villa style and most of people are retired so if you are young group and looking for a lot of activities hotel, this is not for you. The breakfast is just ok , lunch at the pool with cerviche is the best. Dinner at La Casona is above average and don’t try the New York steak, stick with seafood dishes. Be aware of spending time at the La Casona because the service was so slow. I maybe comeback to this property in the summer when the water is warmer but i love the cleanliness of this property inside out. "

"Overall, the property is amazing. The rooms are well maintained and my family and I has an amazing week. The only two, very nitpicky problems, were 1) the location is far from many attractions and it's a 40 min drive to downtown, and 2) some of the lounge chairs in the pool areas have seen better days."

"The food was very good, there are lots of supper options for restaurants. There are lots of pool options with 3 pools, heated or natural both avaliable. There is a hot tub, tennis, ping pong, fooseball, beach volleyball and activites throuough the day. It is about 25-30 mins from puerto vallarta for shopping, so keep that in mind. You can book excusions through the hotel, Jose is the best to work with. If you choose vallarta adventures you can leave through the nuevo vallarta port which is about 5 mins away."

"Everything about this property was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend visiting ! The staff were incredible, the communication was top tier. Transportation throughout the whole property was easy and certainly convenient. They also provided me a pregnancy pillow which made sleeping and lounging around in the bed and day bed so comfortable for me. I thought that gesture was very helpful. The importance to catering to our needs was the top of their list! We will certainly be coming back! "
