"This was the best Riu Palace we have ever stayed at. The property, staff, food, everything was outstanding. Maria greeted us each morning for breakfast and knew exactly what we drank for breakfast and took great care of us. Bartenders Polo, Minny Me and Reuben are the best! Mario helped us when our shuttle service was late by calling and finding out what happened. Every single staff person was helpful and friendly. Grounds are beautiful. This place is amazing and so clean!! The food is outstanding. Steakhouse, Italian and Sportsbar is the way to go. We travel alot and this place is top notch!!"

"This was our second time at this hotel. We got a suite this time and it was incredible! The room was perfect for our family. The hotel itself was beautiful as always. There are some renovations happening so our restaurants were a little limited but I'm sure things will be great when the renovations are complete. The entire staff are super friendly and helpful. The gym was amazing, it had everything you could want. We did our laundry here before leaving & the machines worked very well. Will definitely return for another visit!"

"Excelent value for the price. Beautiful beach setup with chairs, beds and umbrellas. Very nice staff, good food, family oriented. Hotel is a bit outdated but kept very clean. Everyone tries to be helpful even that most of the staff dont speak English. I enjoyed beeing surrounded by the Mexicen families with very well behaved kids. Outside of the hotel is kept neet and tidy around the pool. I was just a bit disapointed by the end. We needed late checkout and I was ready to pay 1000 mx pesos what they asked for, but turned out that would be per person. So paying 300CAD to stay 2 to 3 hours more didn’t realy make sense. "
