"Everyone was so friendly and had no issues at all. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain, but still enjoyed all of the wonderful people we met! Check in was very smooth and no issues with our room! Building #2. Went to coco beach to do some shopping and used uber. Was worth the trip. Food was okay, if you are not a picky eater. I do not eat meat, so it was a bit of an issue there. Otherwise no complaints!"

"A high quality hotel with bungalows set in impeccably manicured gardens with beautiful flowers and birdlife. Rooms were large and scrupulously clean, decor slightly plain. Staff were generally helpful and curteous, but we did have one problem in the restaurant with slow service which revealed the customer is not always seen to be right in this hotel! I read a recommendation to stick to the Costa Rican dishes, which we found to be good advice."

"The staff was amazing! They had a culture of service and exceeding expectations. When checking in, I wandered over to the concierge desk jokingly stating that “I wanted to see a sloth” The young lady suggested that they were most active in the morning by the main pool. Shortly after checking into our room I received a call from the same lady saying they know where there is one and offered to pick us up in the room and take us there. They did just that. "The staff and service were excellent. We came at the beginning of the tourist season so we almost had the resort to ourselves. Staff made sure we always were well fed and drink in hand. Truly a gem. Also, fast WiFi was great for the rainy days where we lounged on the deck watching movies. "

"Property was beautiful with lush gardens. Convenient location to restaurants and shops. The 4 pools were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definetly felt safe and welcomed. Our room was smaller then expected but contained the essentials. We stayed during a very wet season, so clothes stayed damp and was a bit of musty smell in room. Even though it rained everyday, there was still lots to do. I would definetly recommend this property and stay here again. "
