"We stayed at the CC Beachfront for a week in the beginning of Dec and had a fabulous experience. It was just what we were looking for, a boutique all inclusive on the beach with refreshing sparkling pools. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly and responsive. We booked our excursions through a local tour guy (Frank the Tank - you can find him online) as we used him last year when we were staying at a different resort. We did the unique volcano tour, sunset catamaran, and ATVs...

"Luis, Esteban and Maria Jose, were always so kind, and helpful, also the rest off the staff. Arenal Manoa is a GEM, we stayed for 3 day at one of their Chato Suites, and it was just Amazing. The also went to the Spa, where we felt in heaven."

"It as laid out very well and easy to find things. The house band was awesome and super friendly. The lack of English was surprising and the shows at night were almost entirely in Spanish. We would definitely recommend learning Spanish bf going. The beach is a surfing beach and rocky ( lava rock) not like the pitures. I fell and cut open both knees on a tour and the resort had alcohol , cotton and only little bandaides. My cuts were large so this was useless . I felt for a resort this was highly...

"The staff seem to be genuinely kind and caring people, from the front desk to the landscape staff and everyone in between. Can’t say enough about the property. The staff was helpful with scheduling activities, and no fault of theirs that the activity wasn’t as advertised. We rode horseback to the waterfall meaning we rode horses up one side of a mountain and had to walk down to the waterfall and back up, was told it was 400 steps and it was literally 9000, straight down and back up. "
