"The service was so personal it felt like we were part of their family. We were greeted by friendly staff who immediately took our bags while we checked in. We received private tours to the volcano and waterfalls which are amazing. We got to see and feed some amazing animals. The guides are very knowledgeable and friendly. "We loved the privacy and seclusion of the property. The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant menu was fine for about 2 nights, but if one stayed longer, it was limited. Some of the lounge chairs were looking a bit worn. We would have liked the pool to be accessible for evening swimming. The pool area was completely dark by 7 pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Sugar Beach Hotel."

"The Westin is a nice resort. The rooms were a bit weathered though. The food was good not great. They do try to keep the place clean. The pools. We stayed in the adult pool. Less crowded. Had a bar and restaurant right there. Plus we could easily access the Westin club lounge. The lounge is a nice break from everything else as it is enclosed and had AC. You also got top end liquor and upgraded snacks The beach was nice but you had to get through excursion hawks etc to enjoy it. The view...
