"Very happy with our 2-week stay in Playa Hermosa. Our host Lina was a delight to work with and her support staff, Karol, made our stay effortless. Great location just off the beach. We enjoyed amazing weather and some great tours (LaFortuna hiking a volcano & waterfall lunch and ending at the hot springs) and a 2-hour guided jet ski experience where we saw a whale, dolphins, white faced monkeys and a crocodile. Very nice local restaurants within a few minutes walk along the beach. 10/10"

"Bret and his crew were awesome people, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The property is wonderful, we hiked it almost everyday following the many trails and finding plateaus with amazing views of Lake Arenal. Sitting on the patio having a favourite beverage, we listened to howler monkeys, saw white faced monkeys, and many species of birds including parrots and toucans. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend a stay at CRParaiso."

"We decided to change accommodations a few days before arriving in Montezuma Beach and couldn't have made a better decision. "Absolutely a picture of paradise. The grounds are lush and well maintained, the location felt very private even though you were steps away from the beaches and restaurants. Cesar, the caretaker went above and beyond and rescued us when we got in super late because of a flight delay and had trouble finding the property. The host contacted him and he was able to escort us to the cabin. Communication with host was excellent. We spent 11 days and did not want to leave! The previous rave reviews held...

"We loved this house. It has a gorgeous view. We had access to a washer. There is a clothes line outside to dry the clothes. The clothes dried quickly as long as it didn’t rain. The air conditioning worked great upstairs. Like most Costa Rica rentals the air conditioning is just in the bedroom. Playa Conchal is our favorite beach. Not enough room to sleep 3 people comfortably, but perfect for a couple."

"What a wonderful vacation! Pre-trip communication with the property manager was very timely and clear. Property was truly beautiful and extremely comfortable—furniture, beds, well-stocked kitchen, outdoor furniture, WIFI, Roku were all fabulous. Daily check-ins from the property manager contained restaurant and activity recommendations, and daily housekeeping kept everything clean and straightened up. View from the covered patio was breathtaking. Thank you for an incredible stay!"

"On the property lives 2 roosters which are very loud (and beautifull). And you have to feed them otherwise they will scream non stop. They start to beg for food around 4 am. Plus there is no hot water in sinks which makes living very uncomfortable (no dishwasher as well). If you want to have a nice shower - forget about it! "We stayed here for a few nights while visiting the Poas Volcano and area waterfalls. Our stay here was WONDERFUL! The place is clean, updated and has such a beautiful view.
