Got a little tired of dealing with the solicitors going to the beach, but did buy from them. Overall a great experience for our family which included all 4 young adults."

"Even before our arrival, I had good feelings about this stay. Not just from the pictures, but from the interactions with Keith before we got there! Unbelievably gracious, kind, and connected to his guests! We celebrated a big birthday and treated ourselves to an unfamiliar holiday. The place was fantastic, and if there was a need, he or the staff at the Palms acted to resolve it! The concierge team was fantastic, the outdoor kitchen was perfect, and the pool was amazing! Don't be scared of the "rainy season". Green and lush, and the minimal rain we got was short-lived. Drivers, local transportation, recommendations, suggestions, the PLACE.... we absolutely loved our stay and hope to return someday. Thank you for a wonderful holiday Keith. With our gratitude! "10 of us stayed at this beautiful property for a 40th birthday celebration, it was perfect! The house and view are even more gorgeous in person, it's called Sunset Villa for a reason!!! Checking in was a breeze, Yesenia was fabulous and we had no trouble communicating via Google Translate. Highly recommend renting a golf cart for convenient travel to the beach and around Playa Flamingo, although the stairs provided a great little work out! We rented vehicles as well so day tripping to Tamarindo and other towns was easy. Property was a little hard to find at first but once we did we had no trouble getting in and out of the area. We all had plenty of room to socialize or have some private time. The Casita is perfect for anyone with a baby or elderly folks who don't want to stay up late for the pool parties. LOTS of funs times in the beautiful pool and we made use of the kitchen too which was fully stocked to cook. 10/10 rent this villa, you will not be disappointed!!!"

"I dont know where to start but I truly want to keep this unit a secret. We didnt have a problem with anything. Kitchen was great and even had condiments for cooking. Love the 3 full bathrooms and the a/c in every room which kept the villa cool and comfortable after being out in the heat. 3 great tv,s, most places have cheap tv,s and the villa had Samsungs. Love the swinging chair on the master balacony. We didnt have to open the doors at night to enjoy the sound of the waves that helps us sleep, the sound could be heard and this put us to sleep. View from both balconies was outstanding. Message tent 20 feet from the balcony that opens up to the beach, we enjoyed messages for the entire family. Becah was about 30 steps and the pool about the same. Anthony at the poolside bar was great with the drinks, Jose and the entire staff was awesome and we never had to lift a finger for beach and pool loungers. Never had a 24 hour conciegre service and they were great, they set up all of our excursions and the chef who cooked at our villa. Room service was great from Coco Loco and the golf cart is a must sine we didnt rent a car. Gym was next door and it was a nice one to get a good work out and had a view of the beach. House keeping was great and did a great job cleaning the villa daily. If you rent this unit, please take care of it, the owners have done a great job and we will only rent this unit when we return. "Our group had the absolute best time! Not one single complaint. Everything went super smooth. The house was amazing! Karina was the best of the best. Answered every question I had (and I had a lot) and helped make this trip a memorable one! Bertha was also super sweet and made the best breakfasts! We got Chef Rafael to cook our dinners and we are so glad we did! Best meals ever! We are missing CR already! Can't wait to go back! Don't think twice, book this house!"
