"Best place to stay in Arenal for price and comfort. Other places charge twice as much and don’t offer anymore than you get here. And the grounds, pool, hot tubs and food are great. Service is very accommodating and truly treat you well. They can set up any excursion you want to do and have you picked up at the hotel. They can also organize in room massages singles and couples. "

"The resort and / is priceless, so peaceful, beach fantastic. albeit, it looks like it is getting tired (eg, chrome rubbed off of faucets, toilets lacking water pressure). My issue was the amount of time consumed checking in - over an hour (for something we had previously checked in on-line). My suggestion, while not the property of the resort, the beach front accumulates a lot of trash from the tides. As a sign of goodwill, the resort should clean, rake the beach daily."
