"If you are looking for a place to stay on your first or last night in Costa Rica, do not hesitate to stay here. It is right beside the airport and the car rental agencies. I was we needed to be that close to the airport, but I was glad we did as there can be a lot of traffic through Liberia. The hotel is brand new, clean and has a modern bright design. Continental Breakfast was included in the stay which was appreciated. "

"The property was everything you could have hoped for in a Costa Rican jungle. The pools were great! The drinks at the pool bar were amazing. I highly recommend the Tamarindo Margharita. One of the highlights was the Night Guided Walk. Our guide on April 6th was fantastic. He was so excited and knowledgable. He was the best!"

"We loved our staying at Riu Guanacaste. The hotel was in a nice location. They have monkeys right next to the hotel and the beach was very nice. The staff was amazing and the food was very good, they have a wide variety of options at the buffet, the only thing I would say is that the other restaurants are a little difficult to book because you have to make a line before they open to get a spot. The road to get to it needs to be paved. Im glad that they will be updating this hotel because it needs it, but I will say that I loved everything about it. The entertainment crew is really great. I will definitely recommend people to stay here and I will definitely come back again. Pura Vida! "
