"The best experience I have ever had in my entire life. This place is on another level. Beautiful, romantic and very layed back. "The best thing about this hotel is the owner and his wife. It is a small hotel and they are the only "staff". Their hospitality is amazing. The second best thing is the restaurant. The breakfasts are great and the one dinner we had there was much much better than the meals that we had in restaurants in the town. The rooms were clean and comfortable and there was lots of hot water. There was also cable tv in the rooms (mostly Spanish channels of course). The only thing that was kinda weird...

"This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. After booking over a month ago, we showed up to be told we had been double booked by hotels.com and there was no availability. We had driven over two hours from Liberia with our four young kids. The owner kept saying it was not his fault and he had no way to e-mail or call.
