"This place is so beautiful! All the rainforest jungle landscaping is phenomenal. The location is perfect in the middle of all activities and the view of the volcano is the best. We had both a sunny day, cloudy and rainy day and all were great there. The hot springs are well shaded from sun and rain. The buffet breakfast is great and my kids loved the nachos, burgers and wood-Fire pizza at the bar. Their Asian salad was amazing as well! I was happy with the prices being very reasonable - $10-$12 meals. My daughter and I even shared a pizza a couple times so that was a $6 meal for us each. I was surprised it didn’t feel crowded, even during spring break. "

"What an amazing property! My friend and I had an incredible stay. We upgraded to Star level and were not regretful. The staff spoiled us the entire week we were there. Henry was our concierge and he made sure everything was perfect for us every day. Such a nice man and always willing to go the extra mile. The property itself is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and well laid out. We left our vacation feeling pampered and refreshed and we would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.
