"I always stay around Akasaka-mitsuke station but it was my first time at The New Otani (Main). Service was excellent. I arrived at the hotel early in the morning after an overnight flight and the staff was polite and allowed me to use the shower at the gym. They also upgraded my room, which was great! The room was spacious, bed was massive and there was plenty of space for my clothes in a walk-in closet. Overall the hotel lobby was almost always busy but the size makes it look lively, rather than crowded. The only drawback was the pillows which I found a bit hard, but overall it was an excellent stay! I would definitely go back. "

"I booked the double room which was spotless. Room is tiny but the bathroom made up for it. I enjoyed the shower and tub. The window is small if you're claustrophobic. They do offer daily housekeeping. Plenty of taxis at the lobby and near the restaurants. Shinjuku Station is about 10 min walk. Overall, we had a great stay."

"Really busy over all. Don’t plan on getting laundry done if you don’t do it during the day. Tons of rooms and tons of people washing cloths. Bring your own detergent 👍"
