"Even after studying all the reviews and YouTube videos, Ascott Marunouchi Hotel exceeded our expectations. Front desk staff spoke fluent English! My only suggestion before staying there would be to map walkable dining options (Particularly breakfast) Be realistic. Where are you going to eat? Might want to stop at a grocery store and make use of the full kitchen -even for a short stay. After full days of exhausting sightseeing, the walk from Tokyo Station felt really long. Awesome hotel. "The staff is very friendly and helpful at this hotel! The rooms are very nice. They also have free drip coffee in the morning which is a super plus, and they give you free water bottles each day. I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip to Tokyo. "

"We recently stayed at this property as family of three , with our 7 years old daughter. The location is very convenient with so many different dining options. Walking distance to Shimbashi station and Ginza.The room is somewhat reasonable for Tokyo size. Perhaps more suitable for couple instead of family with kids. We have enjoyable stay in this hotel. "

"Location is unbeatable - literally 30 secs from the JR gate, a few minutes from too many shopping and dining spots. Love the walk in shower, very spacious. Even a massage chair is included. Room is small so pack light if you can. Washing machines could use some regular cleaning, fabric pieces and hair are visible on the door seals. Really slow elevators, only 2 reach the ground exit."

"I like a very quiet, clean, good nick hotel. This hotel clearly fits. I was pretty jet lagged and didn't appreciate someone banging on the door for turndown service right after I got to sleep. There was a do not disturb button I couldn't see in the dark but it worked once I found it. The Japanese restaurants were probably good but I couldn't get a reservation when I wanted and probably looked too shabby to get in without one. I'm pretty much a peasant and look like one. Next time I'll go...
