"Beautiful hotels and exceptional rooms. Main concern is the helpfulness of the concierge. The lady didn’t offer information and simply gave me the booklet. I judge the hotel by how thoughtful and helpful the concierge is, and here, they could use some training. The food in the lobby restaurant was also 7/10. "
