"The staffs were extremely courteous and helpful. They go the extra miles even to help you with luggages to the street and taxis. They also helped reserved taxi transport to the airport and talked to the driver in Japanese the airport and terminal to drop us off."

"The room was small, but the furnishings were really old and battered. Space can really be better planned - EG put the TV on the wall., to give a bit more space on the desk. The bedspread/doonacover is in very poor condition. The taps in the bathroom are leaking. We are staying for 4 nights - room might be OK for one night"

"What an awesome place. It was my first hotel in Tokyo and I can say it was the best. Best location. You may need to walk a little More to train station (no more than 10 Minutes) but the size of the room, fridge and oven make it so convenient. Don Quijote (24 hours open) next to the hotel is a big plus specially with jet lag the first couple of days 😬"
