"Loved the location, very close to subway. Service was outstanding. Room was very cute. Small, but lovely decor and perfect for the two of us. The only downside is that it has a slight bad smell. I don't know if it's the carpet or what but our hallway and room definitely had some odor. If they could replace the carpet with some solid surface, I'm sure that would remedy the situation. Once again, the staff and guest service was wonderful! I would consider staying again in the future. "

"Everything pretty good except there was no hot water for over half the weekend in the entire building. This is a bit unacceptable and although after I requested a rate adjustment they did take some off, ice cold showers are not good. Breakfast was okay, but definitely nothing special. Key to this hotel is the price, especially considering the location was very good. It is very quiet, yet you are so close to MSG and a lot of other things.
