"We stayed in a king landmark city view and wow! It was incredible. We were in room 3504 and waking up and falling asleep to the view was wonderful. The staff was attentive and friendly. We had no issues catching the elevator, as all four were up and running. Stay in Chelsea was a wonderful choice and I would absolutely stay in the Motto Chelsea again if I find myself visiting NYC again!"

"This is a cute hotel located far away from popular spots in NYC. The front desk and hotel staff was more than accommodating and pleasant. However a few improvements can be made, particularly with the housekeeping. Our room was partially cleaned meaning towels replaced and bed made but half eaten food and empty bottles still left on counter tops, and floors still dirty. The refrigerator never mind worked despite maintenance coming up to fix it. Also, there was a plumbing issue causing us to not...

"Exceptional service: Brought up food delivery; reception helped me figure out a solution when I realized that I didn’t bring contact lens solution; doorman are alert and helpful; room service is super fast; everyone very nice. Historic property with rooms that capture an earlier period but have been remodeled. Premier room is clean and comfortable with a nice sitting area and a spacious bathroom. "
