"It was a great place, safe location, easy access 25/7, not too far from Centro Tulum, a car rental was ideal for us, as we had the opportunity to visit many Tulum gems around the area, Host was was so gracious, in helping with day to day things, and overall was a very stress free place to stay, a cab ride not too bad, but weekly car rental was great to go to ruins, cenote, and beach daily, and made the trip. Very clean and friendly place. "

"The area outside isn’t glamorous, but when you inside these enormous wooden doors, it’s incredibly impressive how they used fauna to create a truly unique atmosphere. What I REALLY liked was walking a block towards the water and there was an incredibly charming street of endless restaurants and cafe’s which contrasts the main road through town and the hoity toity-ness of the high end hotel scene. It felt super comfortable and I am VERY glad I stayed at this hotel."

"Beautiful serene oasis with kind, friendly and helpful staff. Guadalupe and Shiomara were just great and assisted us with sites to see in the area, restaurants and currency exchange sites. We liked the Ananda restaurant as well and access to the sister Hotel Bardo and the yoga and Qi Gong classes was much appreciated. Our couples massage and complimentary wine after was just what we needed to finish our stay. Absolutely wonderful place and experience! "

"Thank you for the stay at the Heart of Tulum. William as the property manager was wonderful, very responsive. The location was good in that getting around was easy, however, the noise level from surrounding restaurants/bars was very loud and went on into the early morning hours. So if you do not mind the noise into the wee hours of the morning, this is a very central spot. The sofa was not very comfortable when sitting and watching TV. "
