8.2 out of 10, Very Good, (801)
"Part of the hotel it seems that they don’t work on it so it looks like is going down, like the area of the pool, the cenote that it’s inside the hotel. Room had a lot of humidity and it smell bad the first day we got there, and by the 3rd day the smell got worst. In the other hand rooms are confortable, the jacuzzi on our balcony was good, the ambient was nice, workers were very friendly and helpful. "

"If opening up your door and being right on the beach is your thing, than you’ll love this place. The room was spotless and our one meal at the restaurant was superb. The sole drawback was the constant winds. The ocean was just too choppy to ever enjoy a swim. "

"This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in and it is perfect for any couple looking to explore Tulum and the surrounding area. Firstly, and most importantly, the staff and the room were both incredible. The room surpassed my expectations from the photos and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was brilliant, it wasn't too far from the local shops and it was conveniently located close to some great restaurants. The pool was a perfect size for the number of guests,...

Coco Unlimited

3.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (784)
"Location is great walking distance to Ven a la luz sculpture. Perfect beach front property, depending on tide conditions of course. Loved having room pool front, I will say given that the pool was open until 10pm I don’t quite understand why they started the cleaning at 9pm just when I was planning to go in which impeded us from using it and we were there only one night which kind of sucked, especially with ocean conditions and high winds. Very cute boutique hotel, well worth the price I might...

"From the moment we arrived at Hotelito Azul, it was clear this place was something special. Nestled along the pristine beaches. The architecture is modern yet respects the local culture, with open-air spaces, thatched roofs, and wooden accents that create an organic and tranquil vibe. The staff is absolutely incredible—genuinely warm, attentive, and eager to ensure that your stay is nothing short of perfect.
