"Staff was great. Arranged a scooter rental for us, delivered right to the hotel. Property itself was very nice, and well maintained. The upper deck by the rooftop pool could use a little TLC. It was pretty quiet, pools were nice, especially on those 30 afternoons. The hotel is halfway between the beach zone and the main Tulum strip. There's a great grocery store within walking distance. Very safe area. Rooms were spacious, well kept, my only complaint is that the shower didn't get hot enough....

"Part of the hotel it seems that they don’t work on it so it looks like is going down, like the area of the pool, the cenote that it’s inside the hotel. Room had a lot of humidity and it smell bad the first day we got there, and by the 3rd day the smell got worst. In the other hand rooms are confortable, the jacuzzi on our balcony was good, the ambient was nice, workers were very friendly and helpful. "

"I took my bachelorette trip here in April 2025. The resort is lovely and overall so gorgeous. Our rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy.
