I was annoyed by the person at the counter. I got my key. Went up to my room. Came back down but forgot key in room. Had to wait another 20 mins for the person at the counter because he was about to help someone else when he could have helped me right away.

All of the hotel staff was very friendly. Parking ramp was very accessible. We used the hot tub daily at 6am when they opened and the area was not cleaned from the night before. There was always towels and other items leftover. Other than that the other areas of the pool deck were very clean. We ate at Brew 30 on Christmas night. We sat at the table for 30 minutes and no water was offered. I approached the server 4 times during that 30 minutes to ask for menus and water and he continued to say he will be right there and never came. I went to the bar for water and ordered our food online. They did offer to comp our desert for the inconvenience. Other than these 2 small issues this hotel was amazing. Beautiful, comfortable and convenient. Housekeeping delivered several items to our room that we forgot. I would definitely use this hotel for our future travels.

Our stay was okay overall, but the main issue was the size of the beds—they were too small, and I couldn't sleep properly for two nights. The hotel itself was quite old and there was a lot of dust everywhere. However, we did have a beautiful view, and the hotel's location was excellent.
