Great views if you get a bayside room, however the building we stayed in (Tower III) was tired and in dire need of a refurb. Frayed and worn carpet (with sharp carpet grips showing through), very little sound insulation and an old uncomfortable bed made our stay a little tiring. Fortunately, the location is excellent with easy walking access to most downtown attractions and the shared spaces in the hotel are well kept.

Beautiful location! My husband and I love to just walk. Plenty of places to eat at. My biggest concern is the noise. The airport is very close and you can hear and see plane landing and taking off. Unfortunately it is across from the water and people are there almost all hours of the day. Will still stay there tho. Just a heads up.

I wasn't aware I had to pay for parking since the hotel had its own. This was not a good thing to spring on a guest. I've never had to pay as a hotel guest unless the hotel didn't have parking of its own. I stayed one night and had to pay an unexpected $45. This is a good way to make guests not want to come back.
