"We went to Big Bear to spend a brief weekend for the holidays with our family. It’s a big group so we have a hard time fitting in each other’s homes and accommodate everyone. After a lil research we found this home that worked for us! This home had enough space, beds, bathrooms, and even a game room for everyone. "We stayed here for 4 nights. The listing posts a hot tub and an outdoor seating area. Neither were available. No hand towels in the back bedroom and no kitchen towels or dish soap to clean up after meals. The living room tv and the fireplace didn't work. I reached out asking about the hot tub and the tv and did not get a response. One of the showers had long hair on the drain cover. The home is very clean & accommodating. The host was gracious enough to allow us a later check out time to help buy us time at the airport! We loved staying here & would definitely come back! "

"The house is big with good sized bedrooms with on suites. Needs some maintenance with plumbing fixtures and other random features. Otherwise it suited our group of five adults and could handle more easily."

"Great house and location. However, we had a full day of no internet, so no TV, and thermostat control. I called the Vacassa help center and the local manager was summoned to assist. I had to go to local hotel to finish some work on my computer due to internet issues.The next day everything worked as it should. The place was clean and presentable."
