The views are spectacular!We awake both mornings to dolphins swimming nearby, pelicans flying overhead, the sound of the waves, and views of Santa Monica is the distance. The property is well designed, light, spacious, comfortable and the proximity to both Mailibu and Santa Monica makes this convenient, private home excellent for travellers. "

"The house was comfortable and had ample room. The kitchen was really large and well renovated. Great house for our 3 families to have a reunion together. We would highly recommend. Might be good to have some more kitchen utensils but we mostly found what we needed. "

" We had a little difficulty finding and checking in to the property in the dark, but Jacky quickly answered our call and helped us through the process. There is no heat in the main living area but the heaters in the bedrooms were very efficient and helpful there. A few more amenities would have been appreciated (paper towels, Kleenex, etc.) We weren’t able to locate any check-out instructions, so we’re hoping there weren’t any. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the property!!!"

Honestly, I think that is really important and helpful - that the owner was willing to communicate and help with guidance to access the unit. Which turned out to be very simple! We just had a miscommunication. The unit was spacious and very nice. And, for being located on a somewhat busy street, was also very quiet. Be sure to park in the driveway and not on the street! "Beautiful property. If you are a fan of Art Deco you will be absolutely delighted. The majolica bathroom tiles are exquisite. There are beautiful touches throughout the entire property. The home is spacious and comfortable, and it has everything you need for your stay. Great location, it is a very short 10 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend it ❤️"
