"The location is beautiful and the home is ideal for family and entertaining. The host was very responsive to all of my messages. I hosted a small gathering the night before my son's wedding. It was great having the kitchen in the center so that I could place food on the counters for people to serve themselves. "charming well appointed home in a very comfortable safe feeling neighborhood. comfortable furnishings and beds and all the comforts of home. very sweet back yard area with seating separate from pool area. pool is very nice although since its not heated we were not able to really use it since we weren't there during the peak heat of the day mornings and evenings were to cold to use the pool "

"We really enjoyed this apartment and found it filled our needs in almost every way. The location was outstanding (near freeways, near great north Oakland/Berkeley neighborhoods). The bedrooms and fold out bed – including the door and privacy curtains in the living room - made for 3 nicely functional bedrooms. The kitchen, laundry room, breakfast nook: all great.
