"Great location (15-30 minutes to every iconic San Diego Thing), quiet neighborhood, and the host was incredibly responsive - sending help right away when the hot tub didn't work and personally getting toys out of storage for our kids when we had some very rainy days that made it hard to be outside. :) "

"House was well lit & easy to find at night. Front & back yards are beautiful. No dedicated parking & street parking was full when we arrived at midnight. No problem finding parking at other times though. Entry straightforward & easy. There were enough cooking supplies to make a dinner, keurig coffee maker with K cups, water from fridge door & plenty of ice. Mattresses are firm foam. Front bedroom offers a closet with some hangers & back bedroom has larger, open closet storage with more hangers....
