"Very beautiful. Staff doesnt speak much english but were very kind and helpful to me as i speak broken english being from newfoundland and i dont speak a lick of spanish. A1 front desk staff. This is essentially a really nice hostel with shared facilities and amazing view so keep that in mind. We took a boat trip with John and he was AMAZING. Very nice knowledgeable man. And made our trip very special "

"Most beautiful and peaceful atmosphere.gorgeous water front on the lake with swings and kayaks included Very friendly staff. Breakfast included was delicious and well served portions with great coffee. Fruit, yogurt with granola, eggs served to order, toast with butter and strawberry preserve. This is paradise and will return again. 5 min ride to train Maya Station. 8 min ride to the town parks center, lots of restaurants and the taxi drivers all seemed very honest and did not over charge. "

"We really enjoyed our stay and glamping experience. It’s right in front of the Laguna, and close enough to the center of town with a bike to get there in 12-15 minutes or a 4 minute cab. The mattress was comfy, and having outlets, fan, and lights as well as an outdoor seating area was a nice plus. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, patient with my tons of questions, and the people staying there all had nice energy. The included bikes were so helpful in us being able to come and go whenever we pleased. Thanks for the great stay! "

"Great place to stay!! Friendly staff, rooms were bigger than we thought they would be and super clean. We went on a family trip, 10 of us between adults and kids, felt safe at all times. After the lake we walked to the centro from the hotel at night,there was a night market with all types of food and goodies. Families, couples, groups of friends and some by people by themselves, we were all enjoying the great atmosphere, lots of fun!!!"
