"The hotel was under construction, but the worker's where mindful of the noise. The rooms where great, lots of space. The only thing missing was closet, iron and hair drier in the room, this was a inconvenience because we had to share the iron. Staff was super friendly and helpful with regards to sights and dining options."

"Beautiful pool and gardens, gorgeous rooms with stunning white wash floors and concrete glaze flooring. Lovely room decor. Netflix. Extra bed in room for our family of 5 (2 adults & 3 children under 10). Also, amazing location to walk into town too! 5 minutes from the main plaza. it is next to a fabulous breakfast place (2 mins walk) - Ixchel Bacalar Downside - Coffee machine in room but no pods and poor WiFi connectivity. "

Room & balcony spacious with tranquil lagoon views. Kayaks, paddleboards & life jackets available to use - would recommend an early morning to do this at sunrise! "

"Christino Lagoon hotel is a wonderful hotel on an amazingly beautiful Lagoona. Netsed in tropicla vegetation the hotel provides a relaxed superior accomodation. It is a 30 min walk from town but I loved the secultion. The restaurant on site serves delicious food . it is a bit expansive but again the view while you eat is special. The staff is very sweet friendly and extremely accomodating. I must come back!"
