"Everything was great with our stay Oct 26th 2024 for one night however when I booked 2 days prior it said I would be charged at the property at checkin but was still immediately charged $75.94. When I checked in at the property on 26th they charged me another $76.90. It has been 3 calls now to request a refund and 2 weeks after still nothing. This was my only concern."

"Deben de potenciar la red wifi (mesh) con routers de buena calidad, ya que la señal es muy pobre e intermitente entre ratos. Señalan que hay horno de microondas en la cocina pero no lo hay en realidad. El personal que ahí labora es muy atento"

"Nice location right on the lagoon. The pods are good - there’s lights, electric sockets and a fan. The openings to our pod were ripped and the zip handles damaged and a little difficult to open and close. The light breakfast was good. "

"The pool is very far from the room. Sliding doors don’t close properly allowing mosquitos to come in. I don’t blame the staff. They are very friendly and tried to help however this property doesn’t look like anything advertised. The bed is made of cement and the mattress is hard. We can’t sit on the porch due to bats droppings and smells of bats. "
