"Christino Lagoon hotel is a wonderful hotel on an amazingly beautiful Lagoona. Netsed in tropicla vegetation the hotel provides a relaxed superior accomodation. It is a 30 min walk from town but I loved the secultion. The restaurant on site serves delicious food . it is a bit expansive but again the view while you eat is special. The staff is very sweet friendly and extremely accomodating. I must come back!"

"I have been waiting to stay here since I saw this resort the first time on the lagoon in 2021. I stayed at the over water cabana which offered beautiful lagoon view, unit 6 and 7 are newer units with glass patio doors. The cabanas are eco friendly therefore no AC but they provided 3 fans, the room is not completely sealed so some openings are covered with mesh to prevent bugs. "Loved everything about this place. Peace and quiet. Great service. You can get picked up on their dock for great private boat tours. Good was delicious. We went from Cancun to Bacalar in the Mayan Train and the hotel helped us with the transportation from and to the train station. I also recommend the mayan train."

"The hotel was under construction, but the worker's where mindful of the noise. The rooms where great, lots of space. The only thing missing was closet, iron and hair drier in the room, this was a inconvenience because we had to share the iron. Staff was super friendly and helpful with regards to sights and dining options."

"Serene, beautiful property with a great lagoon view. Super easy parking and secure entrance. We stayed in two room types and thought both were excellent (lagoon view suite, and partial lagoon view room). The overall vibe was nice with chill electronic music playing and waiters roaming to make sure you had all you needed, the food an drinks were excellent (ate multiple meals during our stay). Only critique would be that the lounge chairs facing the lagoon are limited in number, and other guests...

Extra bed in room for our family of 5 (2 adults & 3 children under 10). Also, amazing location to walk into town too! 5 minutes from the main plaza. it is next to a fabulous breakfast place (2 mins walk) - Ixchel Bacalar Downside - Coffee machine in room but no pods and poor WiFi connectivity.
